You might not have heard of Emailmovers, we are the best kept secret in our industry. We were established 2004 and are now the leading company nationally in providing full service email marketing.

We are based in Scarborough, yet work with some amazing national and global brands such as Microsoft, Virgin Media, John Lewis, IBM, Nike, Jaguar and Game.

We employ 25 people and are planning to keep growing as we continue to push boundaries in the products and services we develop and offer.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Salary: £18k + Commission OTE of £21k per annum

Working Conditions: Office Based or Remote Working Available.

Working hours: Mon – Thurs 9.00am – 5.30pm – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Successful candidate’s responsibilities will include supporting the Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams in pre and post sales data processing, analysis, and support and training on our portfolio of services. Ensuring data quality in all work produced and following required rules and regulations to ensure data security requirements are met will be essential.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

You will be working as part of the campaigns team guiding clients through their email marketing strategy. You will be working with clients to set up delivery systems to deliver their campaigns as well as assisting with campaign content creation. This role requires you to work closely with clients and advise the best possible way to generate leads for their products and services.

The chosen candidate will utilise tools available for processing campaigns and data, these include Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Access as well as our own developed software and systems.

The successful applicant will be:

Essential:

Confident on a telephone
Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
Be willing to learn new skills

Desirable:

Experience within Email/ Digital Marketing
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access
Understanding of GDPR
Copywriting Skills

Full training will be provided and this role can offer Career Progression

COVID-19 considerations:

The chosen candidate will be required to attend the office for the first two weeks of their employment for training purposes. After this time the role can be worked from home or office. There will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.
